This policy explains what data of yours we process, what for, and what you can do about it.

1 · Who the controller is

2 · What data we collect

• When you buy: name, shipping and billing address, email and phone. Your card details are handled by the payment gateway; we neither see nor store them.
• When you subscribe: your email address.
• When you write to us: what you tell us and your contact details.
• When you browse: IP address, date and time, browser, operating system and the page you arrived from.

We only collect data you give us or that your browsing generates. We do not buy lists or obtain your data from third parties.

3 · What we use it for, and on what basis

• Managing your order (preparing, shipping, invoicing, handling returns): necessary to perform the sales contract.
• Answering your enquiries: your own request.
• Sending you news and offers: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.
• Meeting accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.
• Preventing fraud and keeping the site secure: our legitimate interest in protecting the business and our customers.

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their advertising. We do not make automated decisions producing legal effects on you, nor do we profile you to that extent.

4 · How long we keep it

Order data, for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by tax and accounting obligations. Subscription data, until you unsubscribe. Enquiry data, for as long as needed to resolve it.

5 · Who we share it with

Only with those who need to process it for the service to work, and always limited to what is necessary to provide us that service:

• Shopify Inc., which hosts the store and stores the data on its infrastructure.
• The payment gateway, which processes the charge under the PCI-DSS standard.
• The carriers, so they can deliver your parcel and handle customs clearance.
• Our email provider, if you are subscribed.

We may also disclose data where required by law or where necessary to defend our rights.

Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area and may be subject to the law of their jurisdiction. In those cases the transfer relies on the safeguards provided for by applicable law.

6 · Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to it, or receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent where you have given it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before that.

Write to info@warwolfshop.com or by post to the address above. We respond within the period set by law.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades or to the data protection authority of your country of residence.

7 · Cookies

We use our own cookies that are necessary for the store to work: keeping your session open, remembering your cart and knowing whether you have access to the store when it is password protected. We also use measurement cookies to count visits and understand how the site is used.

You can configure or block them from your browser. Bear in mind that if you block the necessary ones, the cart and the checkout will stop working.

8 · Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or destruction. Communications travel encrypted over SSL. No system is infallible, but we follow industry standards.

9 · Minors

This store is intended for adults. By purchasing you declare that you are of the legal age required in your country of residence.

10 · Links to other sites

When you click a link that takes you away from warwolfshop.com, you are no longer covered by this policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites; we recommend reading theirs.

11 · Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published here, with its update date. If the store were acquired by or merged with another company, your data could be transferred to the new owners so the service can continue.

The Spanish version of this policy is the reference version.
