Terms of service

These terms govern the purchase of products on warwolfshop.com. By placing an order you accept them, so they are worth reading.

1 · Who sells

Warwolf, F-369306-K, with address at Carrer Santa Eulàlia, AD200 Encamp (Andorra). Contact: info@warwolfshop.com. The store is hosted on the Shopify Inc. platform.

2 · Who can buy

You must be of the legal age to contract in your country of residence. You may not use our products or this website for unlawful purposes.

3 · Your account

You do not need an account to buy, but if you create one you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity carried out from it. Tell us if you detect unauthorised use.

You can ask us to close your account whenever you want.

4 · Products, prices and information

We do our best to make photographs and descriptions accurate, but colours can vary depending on your screen.

Prices are shown in euros with applicable taxes included, and with import duties already covered. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you confirm the order.

Prices may change without prior notice, but the price that applies to you is always the one in force when you confirm your order.

If we spot an obvious error in a price or a description, we will tell you before fulfilling the order and you can either confirm it at the correct price or cancel it at no cost.

Offers and promotions are valid while published and while stocks last.

5 · How the order is formed

When you complete payment you receive a confirmation email. The contract is formed at that moment.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if we detect a pricing error, if payment is not authorised, or if there are signs of fraudulent use or unauthorised resale. If you had already paid, we refund you in full.

6 · Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card transactions are subject to verification and authorisation by the issuing bank; if your bank does not grant it, we cannot complete the order and are not liable for that delay.

The charge is made when the order is confirmed. Card details travel encrypted and are not stored on our systems.

7 · Shipping

8 · Returns and guarantee

Your right of withdrawal and our returns policy are set out on the Returns and refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity that applies under the relevant law.

9 · Correct use of the products

Our gear is intended for training. Use it following the product instructions and with proper technique.

Smelling salts are for occasional use: they must not be inhaled directly or for long periods, and must be kept out of the reach of children. If you have any medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before using them.

10 · Content you send us

If you send us comments, ideas or photographs by any channel, we may use them without that creating an obligation to compensate you or to keep them confidential. You warrant that the content is yours and does not infringe third-party rights.

11 · Liability

We are liable for damage arising directly from a breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit, nor for service interruptions beyond our control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or the rights the law gives consumers.

12 · Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where it results from causes beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, labour disputes, supply cuts, telecommunications failures or decisions of the authorities.

13 · Privacy

How we process your data is explained in our Privacy policy.

14 · Assignment, severability and language

We may assign our rights and obligations to another entity without affecting your rights. You may not assign yours without our written consent.

If any clause is void, the rest remains in force.

The reference version of these terms is the Spanish one. Any translation is provided for your convenience.

15 · Changes

We may update these terms. The ones that apply to your order are those published at the time you place it.

16 · Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Andorran law, and disputes are submitted to the courts of the Principality of Andorra.

If you buy as a consumer resident in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of your country of habitual residence, nor of the possibility of bringing proceedings in the courts of that country.

For any complaint, write to us first at info@warwolfshop.com stating your name, the product purchased and the reason. We try to resolve everything that way.
